Flower Subscriptions
We offer a spring & summer subscription of fresh bouquets of flowers grown right here on our farm in North Judson. By signing up for a subscription, you acknowledge the following:
What's included in your subscription
Unless otherwise specified, you will receive one bouquet a week for the duration of the subscription. Details for each subscription are included in the listing when purchasing.
Each season brings different flowers. Our availability of flowers may change due to weather, pests, crop loss, or any other factors that could affect flower production.
Start & end dates
Due to the unpredictability of flower farming, it is not possible to give exact start and end dates of subscriptions in their listings. While we try to give a general timeframe, that could change a week or two depending on flower production. All subscribers will be thoroughly informed about their subscription start & end dates as well as any other important information via text after signing up.
Pickup & delivery
When you purchase your subscription, you are agreeing to pick up or receive delivery at a specific location.
DELIVERY - Free delivery is included with each subscription to any location within 10 miles of the farm. Delivery dates and times will be provided via text message prior to the start of each subscription. While we strive to hand off flowers directly to you at your doorstep, we understand that sometimes that is not possible. We ask that if you are unavailable, please leave a vessel of water out for us to place your flowers in. Please use the tools below to see if you are with in 10 miles for delivery. If you are not and the order goes through we will reach out with options to help resolve this issue.
PICKUP - If you choose to pick up your weekly bouquet at the farm, we will have them available in the self-serve stand for you to grab at a designated pickup time. We ask that you pick them up within that time frame for the freshest flowers possible.
If you are unable to pick up your flowers or are unable to receive your delivery, we ask that you reach out to us with as much notice as possible. We try our best to accommodate our subscribers, but we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours to find a reasonable solution for you to receive your flowers that week.
Subscription communications
All communication for subscriptions will be provided via a group text message. Please add the best contact phone number to your subscription purchase to receive these important communications.
Cancellations or refunds
Flower subscriptions are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer the subscription to another individual, please reach out to us asap to discuss.
Crop failure
Unfortunately flower farming can be unpredictable. Sometimes crop failure happens. If we are unable to deliver a weekly bouquet due to crop failure, we reserve the right to decide to refund a pro-rated amount. If we are unable to include a specific flower due to crop failure (ex. ranunculus in the Spring Subscription), we reserve the right to replace that flower with another flower that is blooming on the farm.
